Here you will receive your own key to peaceful surroundings without the noise of tourists or traffic - just birdsong and breathtaking views.

Inside, you will find bright rooms where the sun streams in through the classic green-painted shutters. From the living room you can gaze out over the Sacco river valley and the slopes of Monte Gemma, while the warm hues of the terracotta walls cast a golden glow over the well-preserved terrazzo floors.

Up the cobblestone streets of Supino, the road winds around the colorful facades, and suddenly you stand in front of the historic house.

Inside, a bright entrance hall awaits, where rays of sunlight dance through the small window above the door. A classic footman stands ready to help with outerwear, while the gaze is drawn towards the beautiful staircase that leads up to the house's living room, bedrooms and bathroom.

Here you will be greeted by authentic Italian cosiness, where vacation and everyday life are combined in a warm, homely atmosphere.

Kitchen

Ground floor

Let your culinary skills unfold in the newly renovated kitchen, where the sun's rays invite you to enjoy morning coffee at the round table with space for four - and two extra folding chairs when you invite guests.

Pots, pans and a dual-zone induction hob are ready to let you simmer local produce, while the fridge's small freezer stores ice cream or regional cheeses.

Tableware for six people is neatly stored in the cupboards, and the electric kettle with coffee funnel and small filters is ready for the scent of freshly brewed coffee or a soothing cup of tea through the fine strainer.

After a lovely meal, you can continue the fun by cleaning up and doing the dishes together—a little time together where the conversations continue and the laughter follows along with the foam from glasses and plates.

From the living room you can open the door to a charming balcony that offers panoramic views of the Sacco river valley and the slopes of Monte Gemma.

The living room easily seats four people, and there are two extra folding chairs ready to invite friends or family, so you can have up to six guests together. With its warm light and authentic Italian charm, the living room is the perfect gathering place for coziness, conversations and shared memories - a place where the holiday spirit immediately sets in.

The newly renovated bathroom, despite its size, is very functional with modern amenities and still respects the house's history and charm. Underfoot, the original light terrazzo tiles spread, while the walls are covered with white-recessed tiles.

In the corner you will find an elegant and small shower cubicle with smooth tiled walls and a shower curtain.

The house's largest bedroom offers a spacious double bed, wrapped in soft bed linen and positioned so that you can enjoy the view from the morning.

What really sets this room apart is the original frame and shuttered window that opens onto the Sacco River Valley. Pull back the green-painted shutters and let the morning light flood in while you’re still in bed – the view stretches across the valley’s soft landscape.

Opposite the bed is a spacious wardrobe that offers plenty of space to hang clothes and store suitcases, so your things can be easily organized. For families with small children, there is also a practical travel cot ready in the corner, so you can safely have the little ones sleeping close to you.
